“The monograph “New trends in perceptions and use of domain names – Critical and Comparative Analysis of the Modern Domain Name Universe“ is a new addition to a line of stimulating publications of the author regarding domain names, their nature, regime and even value. The author advanced in her complex, long-lasting and multi-disciplinary research and built upon her many professional works from the last 15 years….. this is a creative monograph with original ideas and propositions, e.g. regarding the appraisal of domain names, but which is not the final contribution to the long and complicated discussion. ….. It will be interesting to observe whether the real practical life and outcomes from the legislation, adjudication and ADR, and the academic sphere will support or reject the ideas of the author. In any case, the future works about domain names should address the ideas and suggestions presented by the author in this monograph.”
