The Czech Republic (CR), in the context of accession to the EU and subsequently as a full-fledged EU Member State, is going through the process of Europeanization in the field of migration and integration policy. The article focused and classified the character of integration (partially migration) policy. The contribution fundamental prerequisite is the claim that the CThe Czech Republic (CR), in the context of accession to the EU and subsequently as a full-fledged EU Member State, is going through the process of Europeanization in the field of migration and integration policy. The article focused and classified the character of integration (partially migration) policy. The contribution fundamental prerequisite is the claim that the CR partly withdrew from a restrictive approach in the migration and integration policy in part, because of accession to the EU, respectively by harmonizing the Czech legislation with European law. The migration crisis has accelerated updating and changes in the integration policy in the CR that is at odds with Europeanization. The paper analyzed the main problems of integration policy at central and local level in context of Europeanization. The analysis varies between 1993-2015, to demonstrate functionality or malfunction of migration and integration policy.
