This Quality Plan (QAP) describes specific mechanisms of Quality Assurance of Project F4E-OFC-358-LOT1-01 to facilitate continuous monitoring and control throughout project organization. The QAP is structured as an assembly of 2 parts: Q. System Compliance part which complies with the quality and general project requirements I. Implementation Plan part with the attachments: Control Plan, Document Schedule, Risk Plan, Resource Loaded Schedule. The QAP is designed to meet the following F4E project objectives: - To use a planned and systematic process to meet the specific project requirements and assess objectively the quality of services provided to customer. - To comply with the Quality and General Requirements as defined in F4E-QA-115 - Supplier Quality Requirements. - To ensure Quality implementation in accordance to the graded approach described in F4E-QA-010 - Quality Classification Procedure.
