In the paper there are described mathematical principles of biological, technological and economic model relations and connections in pig and cattle breeding. With the help of those algorithms it is possible to simulate impacts of the agricultural policyon the pig and cattle breeding by the commodity oriented supports and to compute the economic effectiveness of individual categories of pig and cattle production in dependence on the considered variants of the agricultural policy. In the paper there isillustrated a methodological approach to model simulations of the pig and dairy cattle economics. There are presented illustrations of economic structure of the pig and cattle breeding in terms of the closed herd turnover.
