This contribution informs about the continuing activities in 2015 as part of the grant project TA04021687 (Research and Development of Steam-Air mixture heater for FES) associated with the concept design of the new energy system (FES) for decentralized production of electricity and heat based on the combined cycle in the combustion of solid fuels (black coal). First, here is a selection of the key parameters, perform the basic steps of computer optimization and theoretical solutions to the key technology sectors dominantly affecting the efficiencyof this energy source.
