The book focused on strategic business management. It explains how to management of Czech companies should respond to fundamental changes and trends in the world. It is also emphasized that symbiosis of creativity and discipline is the way to victory currently. This symbiosis is a prerequisite for the uniqueness of the enterprise and its competitiveness. There is defined fundamental difference between operational and strategic management, which is the supreme intellectual power of top management. Principles of strategic thinking are formulated. There is described the process, from decision to develop a strategy for its implementation and updating. It is shown how creativity and discipline intertwined.
