Changes in the business environment also change the view of company performance. New approaches are emerging in response to current approaches to measuring and managing company performance. Each approach to measuring the performance of a company has its pros and cons, which weaken its use in business practice. The essence of using does not just measure a certain value, but scales are intended to serve as a management tool. It is a connection between performance measure and operational management, so as to manage the performance of the company. An essential part of the performance is also the specific conditions of each company, which largely affect the performance of the selected measure of performance. Therefore, it is necessary to use only the concept of performance management of the company that is based on and accepts the specific conditions of the company. Part of modern measures is also a certain procedure of its implementation into business practice.
