Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Setting up a more sustainable economic system is a topical area of global concern today. Intensive efforts are being made to replace the economy based on linear flows. The transition to a circular economy and bioeconomy, which would take into account the planet's natural borders, appears to be an opportunity to achieve this vision. The prerogative of the circular economy is a close the loops of materials and energy into never-ending closed flows. Afterwards, the circular bioeconomy is an economy working with biological materials and represents a renewable section of the circular economy. The main aim of this paper is to identify and evaluate the development of employment in both the bioeconomy as a whole and the individual bioeconomy subsectors, especially in forestry, in the Czech Republic in the period 2010–2019. Based on the set target, the sectoral approach will be applied, and the statistical data will be collected. According to methodology, several methods will be used, such as the literature review, desk research, and sectoral comparative analysis. The results will indicate the evolution of employment in the bioeconomy sectors in the Czech Republic.
