This presentation delivered at the 11th European Stroke Organisation Conference 2025 (Helsinki, Finland; 21–23 May 2025) addressed disparities in time-critical acute stroke care processes across providers and regions. Using data from the Registry of Stroke Care Quality (RES-Q), it characterises variability in key time intervals and process indicators along the acute stroke pathway (including pre-hospital and in-hospital delays). The focus is on identifying where the largest gaps in timely access and delivery occur and on the implications for quality-improvement interventions and benchmarking within acute stroke systems of care.
