This report imposes requirements on behavior, properties, and expected parameters of the proposed system for security and performance analysis of network infrastructure, applications, and services. The architecture design based on the specified requirements reflects practical experiences with current solutions for network monitoring. The specification describes the requirements on software components that are developed during the project. The report further contains the integration design of the IT Operations Analytics (ITOA) software into product portfolio of the principal project investigator.
