Die Studie bieten am Anfang die Übersicht zur Forschung im Rahmen des Konzeptes der bürgerlichen Eliten nach dem Jahre 1989 in Böhmen an, mit der Betonung der Forschung für die Prager Städte. Im zweiten Teil charakterisiert sie auf Grund der erwähnt Forschung die Entwicklung der Herrschaftseliten in Prager Städte (Alt- und Neustadt) in der nachhussitischen Zeit bis zum 18. Jahrhundert. Prager Ratskollegien bildeten Raum für die Diffusion der ökonomischen, politischen und intellektuellen Elite der bürgerlichen Gesellschaft. Gleichzeitig vor allem äu?ere Verhältnisse komplizierten ihre Stabilisierung und führten zu keinem geschlossenen Ganze der politischen Elite der Städte, das als Herrschaftselite ihr Leben beherrschen und in alle Sphäre eingreifen konnte. Der Prozess der Herausbildung der frühneuzeitlichen Verwaltung und der Herrschaftseliten war mehrschichtig und die Bürger, die an der Tätigkeit der Ratsherren teilgenommen haben, nur einen Teil der Bürger dargestellt haben, die an der Stadtpolitik partizipiert haben und die man als eine Herrschaftselite charakterisiert kann. Es Und es galt speziell im Zusammenhang mit der Einschränkung der Stadtautonomie und mit der Richtung des Ratskollegiums von der Selbstverwaltung zum Amt im Rahmen der Staatsverwaltung. Dabei die Ratsherren wurden "bürokratische" Elite der Stadt.

The study first provides a summary of research conducted in Bohemia after 1989 on the concept of the burgher elite, with an emphasis on projects for the city of Prague. The second part of the article uses the results of this research on the development of the burgher power elite in the Prague towns (Old Town and New Town) from the post-Hussite period up to the eighteenth century. The Prague council created space for the convergence of the economic, political and intellectual elite of burgher society. However, their stabilisation was complicated primarily by external factors that prevented the creation of an enclosed political elite of the Prague towns that could control and influence all spheres of life as the power elite. The formation of Early Modern town administration and the creation of the power elite connected with it was multifaceted, and the burghers that served on the council were, at least in the Prague towns, only some of those who contributed to town policies and can be identified as the true power elite. This only increased as town autonomy was limited and the activities of the council changed from a self-ruling body to an office exclusively controlling internal town administration and the judiciary, as councillors increasingly became professional officials and the "bureaucratic" elite.
