Der Text befasst sic hmit den deutsch-tschechischen Beziehungen nach 1989 besonders aus der Sicht eine institutialisierte Form (Museum) zu gründen. Detailierte befassen sich die Autoren mit dem Aufbau von dem Collegium Bohemicum in Ústí nad Labem und dem Sudetendeutschen Museum in Münche. Beide sollen 2018 eröffnet werden.
