Analysis of Food Product Packaging Melting for Aluminium Alloy Preparation
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The yield of finished aluminum alloy is calculated with comprehensive evaluation of processing efficiency. The aim of this experiment was to prepare aluminum material of specific chemiccal composition after secondary processing and melting of aluminum beverage containers for subsequent production of aluminum semifinished products. Aluminum alloy castings obtained were analyzed chemically and metallographically. In the course of experiments, three melts were carried out and the charge was entirely formed from aluminum scrap in the form of finely shredded aluminum cans. Taking account of the fact aluminum waste is covered with materials of plastic, paper, lacquer and paint it is necessary to determine the content and composition of gaseous products released during melting and to evaluate their possible unfavorable effect on the environment.
