This article focuses on the current condition of economical and technical evaluation of small and medium enterprises with the risks connected with such evaluation. There is a need to get an objective tool for enterprise evaluation in the complexity. The task and aim of the work is to create functional practically applicable rating evaluating model of enterprise´s quantitative and qualitative data including creation of methodology for their domestic and international comparison. The suggested model is more easily calculated using the less input data while providing high accuracy against the SME Rating. In conclusion of the article there is also an overview of risks connected with the subject and a proposal for their minimalisation.
