The paper deals with the use of bases freediving in exchange teaching. In the introduction we are focused on the notion of the basics freediving and the possibility of their use in education. Furthermore, our contribution is the overview of the necessaryequipment, basic diving training methodology for breath, where we place great emphasis on ensuring the safety of mutual checks and help using the buddy system. In conclusion, we present our experience with the inclusion of diving to breathe in exchangeteaching.
