The article sets a task to introduce the theory and practice in field of Culture Education in the Czech Republic today. At the beginning, the roots of Czech Culture Education are described. Further on, the contemporary practice and trends in field of thediscipline are outlined. At the end of the article we are trying to summarize the up-today knowledge and settle few suggestions for further research in above mentioned field.
