The book deals with the situation of professing praxis of choral nonartificial music in Bohemia and incoming influences of foreign vocal groups on our choir scene. It also analyses problems of making and practicing new arrangements. The first part consists of three theoretical chapters dealing with individual insight on chosen topics in harmony, metrorhythmics, and acoustics mainly from the point of view of choral interpretation of pop music. The second part documents ways and techniques of making choral arrangements with the help of rich amount of music examples.
