A monitoring check point was set up according to preparative documentation near the pivot point of the Jan Šverma open pit mine with the objective to obtain a conclusive result set to prove that the interests of environment and people?s health protectionare not endangered in the relation with natural geological surroundings by variant bulk mass mining technological utilisation in the area of open pit mines or a power industry. This was carried out in the frame of the solution of a research proposal under the title ?Research of physical and chemical properties of mass concerned with coal mining and using and their influence on the environment in the region of North West Bohemia?. A rigorous assessment of the referential qualitative parameters of monitoring points environment is represented by a data file which enables to consider the sorption qualities and their influence on the leachability of chemical underground water in long term series.
