The paper presents another stage of verification of the certified methodology for support of circular economy projects in towns and villages of the Czech Republic. The methodology provides inspirations for various types of such projects and brings a decision-making scheme leading to development and assessment of such ideas with low costs. The application to a project for building a rainwater and greywater reuse system in the project retirement home demonstrated the high economic effectiveness of such a circular economy project, where the estimated rate of return on investment is approximately 5 years without any subsidy from public budgets. At the same time, it is another case study demonstrating applicability of the methodology even in small municipalities.
