Presentation describes main features of RaCon (Radiological Consequences) system. RaCon is advanced tool for decision maker?s support during countermeasures implementation and for optimisation of mobile teams interventions. System is focused on earlyphase of an accident and it predicts radiological consequences. On the basis of pre-calculated source terms and meteorological data, RaCon gives quick prediction of effective and equivalent doses for population in affected area and prepares an advicefor countermeasures implementation. Main outputs are maps and tables of radiological consequences in affected area, proposal on urgent countermeasures for population protection and data for optimisation of mobile teams interventions. User friendlyinterface, fastand robust calculations and clear and unambiguous results presentation are main benefits of the system.
