Paper describes set of tools for 3D simulation of NPP contamination, its visualisation and for simulation of interventions on highly contaminated territories. Corresponding tools are developed for training of emergency and rescue operations associated with NPP severe accidents. These tools are intended for members of Emergency Response Organisation and also to support the decision making process in the course of solving of radiation emergencies.
