Human reliability analyses performed in support of PSA studies in Czech Republic
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
In Czech Republic, PSA studies for nuclear power plants have been developed and used in risk oriented decision making for almost two decades. Human reliability analysis has been considered as one of key disciplines for development of realistic and usefulPSA model. The main goal of the paper is to provide information about HRA related activities carried out in Nuclear Research Institute Rez by the HRA team from the Department of Risk and Reliability Analysis. The paper covers information about two basicareas. In the first part, HRA activities connected with continual enhancement of NPP Dukovany and NPP Temelin PSA model are described, including adoption of selected first and second generation HRA methods and integration of them into a hybrid approach, where various segments of selected (and sometimes up-dated) well-know original methods form one common framework. In the latter part of the paper, examples of solutions of concrete HRA and human factor related issues focused on increasin
