VÚTS, a.s., has developed a single-purpose machine for grinding radial cams. The control system is built on Yaskawa?s components with MP2310 con-troller. The paper deals with an entirely new concept of the control system of this single-purpose machine built in variants on the program area of controlled contin-uous movements and on the PLC program. Furthermore, the specific features of the system and the options of its other variants and industrial applications are de-clared.
