During injection of the thermoplastics is final injection moulding quality dependent on not only the filling process of the mould cavity but also the velocity and the cooling progress. The cooling process has already begun in time of the injection and folowed within the holding pressure till the time of release. Final properties of the injection moulding are affected by used the thermoplastic but also by the design and the mould construction. The last mentioned creates the temperature and the stress fieds caused by flowing of the thermoplastic melt and the solidification.
