Modification of surface properties becomes very important all over the world at present. There are many kinds of the surface treatments based of the chemical or physical principles. Plasma modification of polymer surfaces is one of them with many industral applications. It is chemical-physical method based on reaction among plasma activated gas active particles and surface of the treated polymer where different chemical groups are created e.g. OH groups or surface morphology is changed. Surface modificaion of final product is manly used way. This method brings complications due to size and shape of modified product since the modification is performed usually under vacuum conditions. It means that vacuum device is needed. These complications disappearedif polymer powder is modified before fabrication to final product. Contact between plasma and whole powder surface is necessary to ensure during modification and it means, that the penetration of active particles into the powder becomes v
