Quality of the injected parts is one of the most important points in the production. In the common manufacturing the quality is controlled by SPC processes in the way of controlling the measured parameters. Not only parameters like dimension, weight or colour are used for the quality controlling. Sometimes it is also necessary to analyze the mechanical properties of the parts. The measured mechanical properties are affected first of all by the plastics material. But are these mechanical properties constant all over the injected part?
