    Innovation of the Collector for Electrospinning Machine using TRIZ

    The production of nanofibers is a center of interest of many research departments. The main goal of the researchers is to increase productivity of electrospinnig process. The geometry of electrodes has a significant influence to the productivity of the electrospinnig process. For that reason various electrodes have been developed. One of the collecting electrode which provide relative high productivity is the collector created by brush. The relative high productivity is given by concentration of high intensity of electrostatic field at the end of brush fibers. On the other hand the brush collector has a disadvantage, which lies in difficult taking down of the produced nanofibers from the brush. This problem has been analyzed and solved using tool separation principles for solving of physical contradiction which belong to the TRIZ methodology. The innovated collector has a electrical properties as a brush for obtaining of required local high intensity of elektrostatic field and high productivity of electrospinning process and also mechanical properties which are suitable for easy taking down of the layer of produces nanofibres.
