The 62nd International Conference of Machine Design Departments (ICMD 2022) is mainly focused on sharing professional experience and discussing new theoretical and practical findings. The objective of the conference is to identify the current situation, exchange experience, establish and strengthen relationships between universities, companies and scientists from the field of Machine Design. As part of the conference, a plenary session was held where keynote speakers presented (Prof. Olga PARASKA (UKR), Prof. Mohd Yazid YAHYA (MYS), Prof. M. R. AYATOLLAHI (IRN)). The conference was attended by participants from 11 countries, from Europe, Asia, Africa, America. Papers classified by the scientific committee was presented in parallel sessions relevant to the following topics of construction design: Machine design and Innovation, Tribology, Hydraulics, Fluid Mechanisms, Engineering Analyses, Modern Material and Technology, Optimization and Design, Innovation and Product Innovation, Experimental Methods and Measuring, Nanotechnology, Biomechanics,Autonomous systems, robotics, AI, Electromobility, H2O propulsion and other related topics The proceedings of the ICMD 2022 will be reviewed and the members of the scientific committee will do their best for inclusion of the book in the CPCI database. Accepted contributions will be presented in the form of papers in Book of Proceedings of ICMD 2022 which will be publishing in Springer. As part of the conference, there were social activities and a joint trip to the mountains and to the glass factory.
