The CACSD (Computer-Aided Control System Design) library is used to implement and manage automatic control algorithms in the OpenObject Rexx (ooRexx) programming language environment. It enables the effective definition and configuration of control loops and dynamic models that can be used in various types of controlled systems. It provides the implementation of commonly used control algorithms, such as PID control, with the possibility of adapting parameters to specific applications. The library also includes tools for simulation and analysis of the stability of dynamic systems, including the calculation of stability criteria and support for control optimization. The library supports integration with other applications using the ooRexx language, which allows it to be deployed in broader automation systems for process control and monitoring. CACSD is fully object-oriented and designed with an emphasis on ease of use, allowing even users without in-depth programming knowledge to work efficiently. It is suitable for both the development and testing of control systems in a research environment and for practical deployment in industrial applications. The library is fully object-oriented. It contains a number of classes and functions that manipulate instances of classes.
