The possibility of achieving a commensurateor better results by a simpler controller in comparison with the known sophisticated method od sythesizing PI`D``-regulatorsis investigated. It is shown that these regulators are morecomplex that the well-known and successfully used PID-regulators. The possibility of achieving better results in an easier way has been demonstrated, The requirements for an ideal automatic control system in the form of an ideal amplitude-frequency characteristics are justified. The methods of designingsuch regulators are given and examples showing their advantage are presented. The monograph can be used as a textbook for students studying in the field of Automation/Mechatronics, and Control in technical systems.
