The paper deals with the concept of new information system that is proposed for automatized documentation of traffic accidents and subsequent determination of guilty or degree of fault of participants in minor traffic accidents. Special stress is given to "minor accidents", in which the damage level of each vehicle does not exceed CZK 100 thousand, and where is neither property damage of other subjects nor injury of any person. The description of technological solution is followed by a design of processsolution, based on existing legislation and the status of 'traffic arbitrator' to determine the culprit of an accident.
