At the level of the European Union in the framework of globalization there is the convergence of some areas (political, socio-cultural or economic) while the other are relatively delaying. In today's turbulent world, we meet a number of critical points,whether it is a problem of debt crisis, political disputes, etc. So arises the question of the success of the process of globalization by connecting or unifying the world economy or economic regions of the world. For this reason, the paper will focus onapproaches to decision making of institutions of integration center and their responsibility. In the article we will highlight the current disbalance occurring in connection with the development of the integration process. It will also be paid attentionto current and future multi-annual financial framework of the EU and the willingness of Member States to contribute to MMF and to participate in the further integration steps.
