Lack of Knowledge - The Bottleneck of Czech Project Management
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
From Human Resources perspective, Project Management consists in the mobilization of a multidisciplinary team in which each member has their responsibility and their specialization that they need to coordinate in order to achieve the project goals. Theseactivities include mainly the coordination of individual knowledge which usually needs to deal with many restraints on daily basis before the knowledge may be successfully applied in the project processes. The following paper describes possible knowledge sharing issues that may appear during the implementation of various projects. Presented results were collected by two independent associations during consecutive national surveys organized in the Czech Republic. The performed analysis focuses on problems identified in Czech companies and proposes future research directions in this area
