Firstly, the paper presents the importance of the context and especially social factors that lead to creation of migration networks. Shaping and mobility of the social capital is also affected by cultural specifics and differences between home and host culture. Multinational corporations that are motivated for international assignments by ambitions to compete aim the highest work performance of their expatriates. As the paper illustrates on the newest findings, rganisations often lack selective tools for international assignments' candidates.
