The paper deals with common elements of quality of democracy and transparent lobbying. The aim of this article is to identify the connection between transparent lobbying and quality of democracy, find the common elements and stress the importance of influence of transparency in lobbying on already existing measures of quality of democracy. Already existing indicators measuring the quality of democracy, which share some similar characteristics with lobbying transparency requirements, might be an important aid in finding measurable or categorical variables of proposed transparent lobbying measures.
