The shape of a loop determines the course and wale densities and then the area dimension of a knitted fabric. The value of loop length is determined for two cases of the geometrical models and investigated their accuracy (for instance dependence upon theknitted fabric density). The experimental stress-strain behavior is in accordance with the typical curve of warp knitted elongation curve. But there are existed the discrepancy between the calculated and experimental value of fabric extensibility.
