In this study the effect of industrial washing on thermal comfort parameters of the denim fabric was investigated. The change in thermal properties leads towards the change in over all comfort of apparels made by denim fabric, which includes thermophysiological and sensorial changes. Study finds that effect of industrial washing is significant and noticeable. However, its intensity varies and depends upon the process adopted during industrial washing.
