The paper presents a simple shielded effectiveness measuring procedure via modified shielded box method. The usability of a modified method for testing the effectiveness of textile shields of relatively small sample size was examined. In order to verifythe proposed method and the measurement results obtained, a set of textile samples was also tested via coaxial transmission line method and results were statistically compared. Suitability, scope of application, benefits and limitations of proposed measuring system are discussed.
