This Preliminary Concept Review Document gives the details of the (a) requirements/ specification (ii) test schedule (iii) various technical approaches followed initially for carrying out the Research in the design & development of advanced insulation materials (iv) samples / photographs of samples developed(v) test results of the developed samples (vi) technical approach finalized in order to realize the specified requirements.
