Personality dimensions of children with low and high motor performance
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The aim of this chapter is to find out the relations between selected personality dimensions and school results and the motor performance of pubescent boys and girls (12-13 years old) with considerably above-average and considerably below-average total scores of the test battery UNIFITTEST (6-60). Having analysed the results of selected individuals, we can claim that we did not find out any significant differences in the values of the personality dimensions between the samples with low and high level ofmotor performance. We also did not find out any differences between the selected samples and Senka's population data (1988). On the contrary, as for school results, we found out logically and statistically significant differences at the 0.01 level between the pubescent samples with different motor performance, at both sexes with better results in the samples with high level of motor performance.
