A common project of Technical Universities in three countries, Wrocław (Poland), Liberec (Czech Republic), and Zittau/Görlitz (Germany) started in 2001 with a bachelor study programme "Information and communication management" in English for mixed groupsof students from three countries. Experience with intrinsic cooperation on various levels (universities, faculties, students) is described. New programs are under preparation (Sustainable Architecture, and Industrial Ecology / Cleaner Production, Regional geography, ?). Continuation in a magister/master programme is provided by each of the participating universities. 7 references.
