Computational Model for the Calculation of Natural Vibration Characteristics of a Turbine Bladed Disk
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Bladed disks are structural components of various types of rotating machines. The presented computational method for calculating natural vibration characteristics is based on the cyclic symmetry of structures and is applied to the calculation of natural frequencies and mode shapes of the steam turbine bladed disk with the LSB 54" blades. Blades of an advanced design are continuously coupled in the zone of a shroud and the tie-boss zone by the blades' untwist caused by the action of centrifugal forces at the turbine rotation. The calculated value of the natural frequencies associated with the mode shapes with zero nodal diameters at turbine operational speed appears to be problematic compared to the measured ones. The originally created computational model of the bladed disk is suitable for the calculation of natural frequencies and mode shapes with arbitrary numbers of nodal diameters, zero nodal diameters apart. The paper deals with searching for the approach to the creation of a new model of the steam turbine bladed disk with blades with continuous binding that would improve the compliance of the natural frequencies associated with the mode shapes with zero nodal diameters with the measured ones.
