The objective of this paper is to present an overview of the internationalization process management of the selected Czech firms in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Region. Internationalization is a phenomenon researched intensively over the last few decades from a variety of viewpoints. Issues such as the development of international activities, and factors favoring or disfavoring internationalization have been studied for both large as well as small and medium enterprises. Most of entrepreneurial subjects are becoming aware of the necessity for the development of international entrepreneurial activities and have interest in using their products on international markets. The geographical extension of entrepreneurial activities over national state borderscan be referred to as the internationalization of entrepreneurial activities. The decision on the internationalization of entrepreneurial activities belongs to the key long term strategic decisions.
