This article focuses on the possibilities of using ICT to support process of the implementation of Lean Company. The concept of Lean Company is one way to gain a global competitive marketplace advantage. Appropriate use of ICT can accelerate the implementation of this concept and reduce the risk of failure during implementation project. It is possible to use some of ICT tools for identification Lean Company principles or for transformation some company to the Lean Company status. We want to mention useful ICT tools as for example Expert Systems, Project Management software and finally Intelligent Systems for Manufacturing. Measurement of Lean Company principles can be supported by using Expert Systems. We suppose that with Expert Systems can be significantly accelerated the process of identifying the Lean Company status. If are defined specific measurable parameters of Lean Company so then is possible to create knowledge-based of Expert System and finally start consultation process.
