Key Indicators of the Labour Market of Individual Regions in the Czech Republic
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The aim of this paper is to describe the basic indicators which describe the situation on the labour market of the Czech Republic and to form the basis for graphical view of the regional disparities in labour markets. In line with this aim there is a description of the development of basic indicators of labour market. Based on the analysis, we concluded that the regions that have long-term more positive developments in the labour market is not only Prague, but also the Central Bohemia Region and Plzeň Region. By contrast, regions with the long-term negative trend are Ústí Region, Olomouc Region and Moravian-Silesian Region. They are regions which have had significant structural changes in the past. A closer look at regional differences gives other paper entitled "Potential of labour market of individual regions of the Czech Republic". This paper is directly connected. There we used magic pentagons for review of developments in labour markets with using both absolute economic indicators
