Regional competitiveness is strongly dependent on the accessibility of a region. Inovative tools are sought for analysis and prediction. The precedent analysis is one of these tools . The article demonstrates the method on the example of road access to regions of the Czech Republic. Comparing different types of region´s roads were created directions border flows. These flows were described by binary precedence matrices. Square precedence matrices have been calculated for all regions and groups of roads.Thus were made multiple precedences. Those precedences are recorded by matrices, charts and maps. By using the criteria there can be set a boundary threshold. For basic research, the threshold is set for the system around the average values. For the basic research the threshold is set around the average values. To determine the direction of flow of the individual variables can be used multicriteria threshold. For the demonstration of the method there is applied the difference of observe
