Many external forces, a number of factors such as social, political, legal or technological factors, and institutions affect the business environment and the willingness of firms to do business in the given country. Since the scale of factors, which affect business, is very wide, this paper aims to analyse the business environment from the point of view of business regulations affecting domestic firms in six Western Balkan Countries and it also aims to compare and assess which of these countries is thebest option to do business in terms of these regulations.
