Europa strebt nach der Herstellung von Homogenität in der Bildung, den Bildungsprozessen und nach Schaffung eines einheitlichen europäischen Bildungsraumes mit dem Ziel, ein neues Spitzenbildungssystem zu schaffen, indem Hochschulabschlüsse internationalanerkannt und die Qualität der Studienangebote verbessert werden, so dass den Bürgern in Europa eine bessere Beweglichkeit auf dem sich globalisierenden Markt gewährt wird. Aus dem Gesichtspunkt der mutigen Zielsetzung ist es angebracht, diesem Gedankeneine ihm gebührende Aufmerksamkeit zu widmen. Aus dem Blickwinkel der Umsetzungsfähigkeit in den nationalen Alltag tauchen so manche problematische Fragen aufwerfende Aspekte auf, die Auswirkungen auf die einzelnen Bildungssphären haben. Zu einigen dieser Aspekte zählen die sog. Schlüsselkompetenzen, die in der Folge die Festlegung der Verhältnisse zwischen Wissen und Können beeinflussen.

Europe is striving for the production of uniformity in education, educational processes along with creating a single European education area. This is aimed at creating a new top-of-the education system for higher education qualifications internationally.Through the quality of the study deals will be improved, so that citizens are granted a better mobility on a market in Europe. From the point of view of the courageous objective, it is appropriate to dedicate this thought due attention. From the viewpoint of the implementation there are on the national some of the problematic issues coming up, which have the effects on the individual education spheres.
