The automotive industry in the Czech Republic is one of the most important industry: its high concentration makes for the Czech Republic one of European leading industrial destination. In terms of comparison of the companies performance e.g. purely financial indicators are also used the labor productivity, which are still among the major criteria for the success of any manufacturing company. This paper aims by using official data from public sources, to compare the performance and productivity of threeCzech automakers - Toyota Peugeot Citroen Automobile Czech, ŠKODA AUTO and Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech for the period 2010 - 2015.
