The participation of Czech SMEs in the ICT-related FP projects has evolved over the history of the Framework Programmes since FP6 through Horizon 2020. This Paper will investigate this process, based on desk research of variety of relevant documents, encompassing examination of reports and analyses published by the European Commission, Framework Programmes authorities, National Contact Points and relevant State authorities. Research tools @ methodology employed for the preparation of this paper includegenerally known scientific methods of analysis, comparing and analogy that have been used for processing collated data.
